You may not resell our templates, redistribute them as your own product, or republish substantial portions of the site's content elsewhere without written permission.

We calculate holiday dates from published United States federal rules and review them carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every date, observance or regional variation is complete or error-free. Holiday observance also varies by state, employer and school district. For legally or financially significant decisions, please verify dates with an official source.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
