123calendar.online exists for a simple reason: getting a usable calendar onto paper should take seconds, not a software download, a signup form or a subscription.

What we make

The site offers free printable calendars for every month of 2026 and 2027, complete yearly calendars, detailed US holiday guides, and a set of templates including a blank calendar, a monthly planner and a weekly planner. Every one of them is editable in the browser before you print.

Built for American schedules

All eleven United States federal holidays are calculated and marked automatically, including the ones that move each year — Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day and Thanksgiving. Optional observances cover the rest of the American calendar, from Valentine's Day and Mother's Day to Halloween and both Daylight Saving Time changes.

Privacy by design

Everything you type stays on your own device. Notes are saved using your browser's local storage, which means they reload when you return but are never transmitted to us. We do not require an account, we cannot read your calendar, and we have no interest in doing so.

Free, and staying that way

There are no premium tiers, download limits or watermarks. The site is supported by advertising, which covers the cost of keeping it online and lets everything stay free for everyone who needs it.

How the calendars are built

Nothing on this site is a static picture of a month. Every calendar is generated from the actual date rules, so the grid, the weekday each date falls on, the week numbers and the working-day counts are calculated rather than copied. Moving holidays — Martin Luther King Jr. Day on the third Monday of January, Memorial Day on the last Monday of May, Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday of November, and Easter, which follows the lunar cycle — are computed from the same official rules the federal government uses.

That matters because the most common error on printable-calendar sites is a holiday left on last year's date. Calculating instead of copying removes an entire category of mistake.

Why printed calendars still work

Digital calendars are excellent at reminding you about the next thing and poor at showing you the shape of a month. A sheet of paper on a fridge or a desk stays permanently visible, works for everybody in a household at once, needs no shared account, and cannot be silenced by a notification setting. That is why classrooms, family kitchens and shift-based workplaces still run on paper long after everyone started carrying a phone.

Our aim is simply to make that sheet of paper take fifteen seconds to produce, with your own plans already written on it.

What we do not do

We do not ask for an email address, we do not create accounts, we do not upload your data anywhere, and we do not put a watermark or a "premium" tier on anything. There is no upsell at the end of the process because there is nothing to sell.

Corrections and accuracy

Holiday observance varies by state, employer and school district, and dates for anything other than the eleven federal holidays can differ locally. We calculate carefully and review the output, but if you spot something that looks wrong we want to hear about it immediately — tell us the page and the date and it will be fixed.
