Before you write
- Calendar not printing correctly? Choose landscape orientation and enable "background graphics" in your browser's print settings so the coloured header row appears. Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari are all supported.
- Notes disappeared? Notes are stored in your browser, so they will not appear in a different browser, on a different device, or in a private window. Clearing browsing data also removes them.
- Spotted a wrong date? Please tell us the exact page and date. We calculate holidays from official federal rules and want any error fixed immediately.
- Want a template we do not have? Tell us what it needs to do. Several of our templates exist because someone asked.
Common questions we can answer instantly
"Can I use your calendars at work or in my classroom?"
Yes. Printing and sharing our calendars and planners for classroom, household or internal business use is free and needs no permission. The only restriction is that you may not resell the templates as your own product.
"Can you add a year, a month or a country I need?"
Often, yes. Our calendars already cover 2024 through 2030 in the tool itself, and we add dedicated pages for the years people actually ask about. Tell us what you need and why, and it will go on the list.
"Will my notes sync between my phone and my laptop?"
No — and that is deliberate. Notes live in the browser you typed them in, which is what allows us to promise that nothing is uploaded. If you need the same plan in two places, print it or download the PDF.
"Do you offer the calendars in other file formats?"
Every month can be downloaded as a PDF or a PNG image directly from the calendar toolbar, and printed to paper or to a PDF through your browser's print dialog. If you need another format, ask.

Reporting an error
Date accuracy is the thing we care about most. If a holiday, weekday, week number or working-day count looks wrong anywhere on the site, send us the page address and what you expected to see. Corrections are treated as urgent and are usually published the same week.
